Dr. Kingsley Nelson – Rector, LLBSUK UK

The Rector of Learn to Live Business School (LLBS) is an Executive Business Coach with over 22 years of experience in Disruptive Leadership Solution Delivery, Financial Institutions, Government Sector, Organized Private Sector, NGO, and Human Capital Development. 

He is a Chartered Economist, Accredited Strategic Management and Business Consultant, Certified Project Management Professional, and holds a Doctorate of Strategic Management and Leadership Development. With a background in Accountancy and an MBA, he is a seasoned banker with expertise in customer service. 

Some of his notable achievements include leading a team of over 7,000 staff for various organizations, completing multiple rounds of health worker payments, and maintaining a Grade A rating from the World Health Organization. 

He has also driven growth within organizations, served as a consultant to various entities, and organized global conferences. Additionally, he has received awards for his leadership and business acumen.

Dr. Sammy Adrian Ajufo MNGRM CBMP FACGP FIPMA MNIPR

Dr. Sammy Adrian Ajufo, JP, MNGRM, is the Chairman/CEO of ColorCode Group and the President of Adrian & Bruce Ltd. He is a Media Expert, Communications Consultant, Broadcast Management Professional, Author, Trainer, Administrator, and Business Process Engineer. Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Communications & Media Studies at LLBSUK, he is a teacher and mentor in the media industry.

Dr. Ajufo is also the pioneer National Secretary General of the Guild of Broadcast Managers (Private), he is a Certified Broadcast Management Professional (CBMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and is ranked among his peers in Broadcast Management with the prestigious MNGRM title.

He is actively involved in various professional associations such as the Institute of Professional Managers of Nigeria, Broadcasters Guild of Nigeria, and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations.

Together with his wife Nkem, they run the Adrian Ajufo Foundation and intentionally raise six daughters.

MR CHRISTIAN MADUKA
Mr. Christian Maduka CBMP

Maduka Christian Chibuzo serves as the CEO and Principal Trainer at Krismak Koncept Media Company. With nearly thirty years of experience in various roles such as Broadcast Journalist, Communications Specialist, and Media Trainer, he is a highly skilled professional. Maduka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Benin, a Master’s Degree in Theatre and Media Arts from the University of Ibadan, and a Master of Arts in Theatre and Film Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Throughout his career, Maduka has collaborated with reputable organizations such as UN Women, International Organization for Migration UN-IOM, and the World Bank. He has also worked on projects funded by the African Development Bank and various governments. Maduka has extensive experience in communication, social marketing, and program management, making him a valuable asset in the field. He is a Certified Broadcast Management Professional (CBMP)

Additionally, Maduka has held key positions at several media companies and has provided consulting services to radio and television stations. His expertise in content creation, marketing, and training has been recognized by organizations like the United Nations Development Programme and the United States Agency for International Development. Maduka’s diverse skill set and proven track record make him a sought-after professional in the media industry.

JOHN NKAMIANG
Mr. John Nkamiang CBMP MNGRM

John Nkamiang is a seasoned broadcast journalist with experience in TV and radio hosting, channel platform development, content creation, team management, and public affairs analysis. I specialize in journalism, media platform imaging, content development, and sports media management, among others. I have worked with various organizations such as Rapid Broadcasting Network Limited as a News & Programmes Director, where I managed TV operations and project management. I am currently the Head of TV Operations & Project Management in the SS/SE Region.

He is also the Head of Stations at Rapid Broadcasting, Inc. and a Team Lead at The NKJ Company, a media/IT solutions/advertising/PR consultancy business. We focus on digital media and social media communications, content development, and marketing strategies. At BOSS FM Abuja he worked as a Senior Consultant and Head of Department for Politics & Sports. Throughout his career, he has been involved in program development, team leadership, content creation, and audience engagement. John holds an Associate of Arts degree from Yaba College of Technology in Lagos and a diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism. His education and experience have equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of broadcast media.

Dr. Kenneth Ogbunehu CBMP

Dr. Kenneth Ogbunehu, a trailblazing media personality from Port Harcourt, Nigeria, known as ‘Revken the King of Queens’ or ‘Kmoney’ in radio circles. With over 24 years of experience in radio and TV presentation, management, and TEDX speaking, he has had a significant impact on Nigeria’s media landscape.

Dr. Revken holds impressive academic credentials with degrees in Business Development, MSc in Media Communication, and a PhD in Radio/TV Broadcast Communication and Management from the UK. As a certified Broadcast management professional (CBMP), he has received training from institutions like FRCN, BBC, and VOA. He began his distinguished career at Radio Rivers and now hosts the popular morning show ‘The Morning Mixx’ in Nigeria while empowering the next generation of media professionals through certified broadcast training sessions across Africa. In addition to his media expertise, he enjoys exploring new music, reading, and connecting with others. His dedication to mentoring and inspiring others has made him a beloved figure in the industry.

He is a member of the National Association of Broadcast Managers of Nigeria where he serves as Regional Secretary/South-South and the Chairman, Steering Committee on Special Duties.
